• Once the payment is processed, cancellations are not allowed.

• Membership activation begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

 

Refund Policy

At ZK Tours & Travels, we are committed to ensuring your success. To reflect this commitment, we have introduced a 100% Refund Policy for our agent memberships, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

​

1. Course Completion Requirement

   • Agents must complete the provided training course within 7 days of membership activation.

2. Daily Outreach Commitment

   • Agents must actively reach out to 100 potential clients daily using any platform for a period of 90 days.

   • Proper documentation of these outreach efforts must be maintained and shared with ZK Tours & Travels upon request.

3. Proof of No Earnings

   • If, after fulfilling the above commitments, you do not earn any income within 90 days, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of your membership fees.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds will not be processed for agents who:

  • Fail to complete the training course within the required 7-day period.

  • Do not consistently reach out to 100 potential clients daily for 90 days.

  • Do not provide proof of outreach efforts as requested.

  • Fail to engage with mentorship or support provided by ZK Tours & Travels.

 

Refund Process

If you meet all the refund eligibility criteria and still have not earned any income, you can apply for a refund by contacting our support team at info@zknt.com. Please include:

• Proof of course completion.

• Records of daily outreach activities for the 90-day period.

• Details of earnings (or lack thereof) during the 90 days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after verification of your claims.

By purchasing an agent membership, you acknowledge and agree to:

1. The terms of this refund policy.

2. That the membership fee is charged for the training course, mentorship, support, and engagement.

We are confident in your ability to succeed with our tools, training, and guidance. This policy ensures that you are fully supported and rewarded for your dedication.
